Memoirs of a Geisha
I just finished the novel Memoirs of Geisha and my friend has lent me the movie. Can't wait to get home and watch it. Strangely enough after finishing the book I have such an overpowering urge to visit Japan and try on a authentic Kimono. Has anybody read the book or seen the movie? What were your thoughts?

I've seen this movie! The culture of Japan is just stunning! I can't say that actors play was very good, imho movie is winning because of Japan - you are so attracted to it's culture, it's just amazing!!!
