I havent tried Green Tea extract but they say it is really effective. Do I buy products with green tea extract or do you know any alternative that is more economical?

Natural acne remedies are not just effective but also help us save some dollars. Nothing can really beat NATUARAL. When it's natural, it sure is GOOD.
