So what is everyone's way to get rid of stress? I usually love to do yoga after work, or take a walk around the neighborhood. however, i've always wanted to try meditating but i think i'm too edgy/stressed-out to do it. haha. There's a website where you can actually create your own space and 'meditate' on the web. Sounds weird but it's actually pretty cool. They have a bunch of unique activities and features to help you find spirituality. I'm trying to become more spiritual and less anxious, so it's a great website to go to if you're in the same boat.

Have you tried yoga or pilates? They are very calm and relaxing...

I grab a book when im stressed out. It helps me escape from the pressures of reality.

Sometimes I run in the morning, and I can see the difference. When you start the day with running, it gives you the rhythm to the whole day...

I know what you mean Bobbie. I suffer from allergies and asthma, getting worse last year, and have been in the hospital 3 times now in a year. I live in Florida and the air seems to be poison for me. I want to exercise, but can't walk or run outside any more. I am going to join a gym next week, at least I can exercise there....

Wow, meditating on a website sounds like a fun idea! :))

I usually go to the movies, they distract pretty well, if nothing is on, I watch Sex and the City series or Desperate Housewives... That usually helps.

Oh, and I also have this thing when I just faze the reason of the stress out - I tell myself that I will deal with it on, let's say, Monday, and then, when the date is set, it somehow gets out of my mind and I practically forget about that thing and do not worry any more :)
