So what is everyone's way to get rid of stress? I usually love to do yoga after work, or take a walk around the neighborhood. however, i've always wanted to try meditating but i think i'm too edgy/stressed-out to do it. haha. There's a website where you can actually create your own space and 'meditate' on the web. Sounds weird but it's actually pretty cool. They have a bunch of unique activities and features to help you find spirituality. I'm trying to become more spiritual and less anxious, so it's a great website to go to if you're in the same boat.
Hi everyone, been off on vacation for 2 weeks and found the perfect way to de stress!! Sit on a cruise ship in the hot tub every day!! LOL!! Seriously, have come back very relaxed, now if only I had meals served to me 3 times a day, my bed made for me and a hot tub on a regular basis I would be just fine!!
