I have read one post that one of the reasons of the cellulite is your "dirty liver":

So this is the one of the ways to get rid of cellulite... But I guess it should be a complex work - healthy diet, exercise, massage, and some lemon tricks;) But without the first three steps in the complex there won't be the real effect.
I've tried some of them, but I guess that the main thing here is about the massage with any cream:) Of course these creams give you some warming effect, but the main is the massage;)
I think that the main thing is your lifestyle, try to move a lot and eat healthy foods. All those creams have minimal effect in comparison to the way you live...
I don't know any exact exercises that can help... I have the same problem - I work a lot:)
I like jogging in the morning and aerobics. I think it doesn't matter what do you do - it can be dancing, jogging or other different kinds of sports. The main is that you will always have to move your legs:)
