Summer is here! And the beach season as well!

Swimming is best during summer. You enjoy and the same time lose some weight.

Volleyball is a good exercise during summer. Do it on the beach or pool with friends and you'll surely have fun.

Yeah, that is really nice! But what about some exercises to make your legs slimmer? Is volleyball enough?

Walking and jogging in the morning are good exercises for the legs. Isnt it nice to jog in the morning and feel the summer breeze?

Sounds a bit stupid ladies, but one thing I've noticed ... (I've just lost 6 pounds on my first week of the Weight Watchers diet) is combining the healthy eating, alongside doing housework! I mean, like proper housework that gets your heart rate up ... manic hoovering is good! As well as feeling so much better with the six pounds shifting so far, is that I now have no cellulite! It has, absolutely gone ... I'm back as a size eight now, and the weight watchers is brilliant!!
