Sounds a bit stupid ladies, but one thing I've noticed ... (I've just lost 6 pounds on my first week of the Weight Watchers diet) is combining the healthy eating, alongside doing housework! I mean, like proper housework that gets your heart rate up ... manic hoovering is good! As well as feeling so much better with the six pounds shifting so far, is that I now have no cellulite! It has, absolutely gone ... I'm back as a size eight now, and the weight watchers is brilliant!!
