Absolutely! And I hate that on the front of a magazine, we will see someone like Faith Hill ( using her example I saw her on the front of a magazine recently) who is beautiful at her age without the use of photo shop, but they stlll had to erase all lines and imperfections, making her picture look so unrealistic! When we film our models, we do not use photo shop for any of their after pictures. One of our models is 62, and the look you see here is purely make up.
They are just the same real people as we are... If they are celebrities it doesn't mean they are perfect. I still like all of them:)
When I don't use makeup, I'm also not so beautiful as with makeup. There are very few perfect people in the world, we all have something that is not perfect, so we need to improve it.
I'm sure some of this photos are those that are made in bad moments. Look at Jennifer Lopez, maybe it's morning or she's pregnant:) Eva Longoria looks pretty nice, of course, her hair is not done and she's not so bright, but sometimes it's great when you are without makeup. You look different: simple and natural.
Makeup is a very good thing: it makes you look different and that's very important, you can be with makeup or without. If you are always the same that's boring...
Wow, that's why I never leave the house not wearing makeup :)) The only thing I do not get, being a celebrity, is it that hard to put on some foundation and mascara/eyeliner/lipstick when going somewhere? Paparazzi are always on them, they should know better...
I agree Oksana, we are beautiful with or without make up, and it is sad our young girls of today see the heavily made up and perhaps air brushed pics of stars, and wish they could be them. It is good for them to see they are just normal people, with good make up artists and hair stylists to help them be even more glamorous. This is why our company Beauty Cast only uses "normal" looking models, and make them up to be the best they can be. There is no doubt, whether it is right or wrong, that in today's world just as men get dressed in suits, have a good hair style, clean shaven, for the business world, a woman not only feels better with at least a little make up, but also looks like she cares about her appearance. I also agree with you, Fashionista, that if they are stars, and know they are under the constant barage of the paparazzi, it doesn't take long in the morning to add a little color to your lips and eyes. And the natural look is ok if it's ok for them, but not if they complain about having a "bad" pic taken. This is the nature of their business, to be in the limelight.
Yeah, when you see them on ads and movies, theyre like too good to be true. These are the wonders of makeup. It's good to know they have pimples and freckles too.
