I've read this article: 7 Reasons to Say "Yes" to Yoga and I started to think of beginning yoga. I think it's really very healthy. Does anybody have some experience in yoga? What do you think about it? Or can you advice something else that is better?

Oksana, I think yoga is good for you. I would also advice you pilates, it's similar to yoga, but has some differences. You can read about it.

I like Aerobics, it's simple and efficient. But I'm also interested in yoga, so it will be interesting for me to hear something about it.

I love yoga! I have taken classes a couple of times and do it at home as well. It can be pretty strenuous, and gives you a good work out. It is not high intensity, but still has many benefits. The flexibility and balance it gives you is amazing!
I have also taken pilates and enjoyed that as well.
