I use this hair mask sometimes:

4 table spoons of yoghurt (organic yoghurt is best but any would do)
2 table spoons of huney

mix both ingrediance and aply to your hair

originally in this hair mask i was supose to add egg yolk to but i tried it and i found it a lot better with out it (some people may still find it better with the yolk) but you can always get creative and add your favorite essentrail oil to the mask too, i do that sometimes.

I have found one recipe and I want to ask if anyone have ever used it?

"After you shampoo your hair, pour 1 cup fresh lemon juice or vinegar through hair and rinse with water. Apply your usual conditioner and wash with water. It will remove all the dirt and your hair will be shine sparkling. Do not repeat this method before two weeks."

Why can't I repeat it? Is it safe for hair and is it good for hair health or is it just for shine?

My granny did this thing, she told me it will make my hair shiny:) I think it's not harmful, but it doesn't nourish or moisture hair. Vinegar or lemon juice is acid, and shampoo is alkali, so it will neutralize shampoo.

I think it's bacause lemon juice and vinegar are acidic in nature. Overdoing the method may dry the hair. Just a thought. =)

Try coconut milk. It's a natural hair moisturizer. It will also make your hair soft and shiny. Apply on hair and leave for 30 minutes, shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Do this once a week and you'll see great results.
