I agree that the gender is not important but there are stereotypes about some jobs and people think it isn't what a woman can do well. When women choose these jobs, they have to work harder than any man because people hardly believe they can do that.
For instance, a system administrator... men always say that a girl who is a system administrator is not a girl... lol... I've heard it from my friends:)

buddies! Why other jobs not being discussed? like teacher,doctor,nurse,piolet,scientest,bands,movies,dancer,hotel/motel hostess,flight hostess,waiteress,etc.etc.
No, I am not a system administrator, I have some male friends who are. That's why I know about it:)
I'm sure being a pilot is also very challenging for a woman:)
I would agree, being a mother. I don't have any kids but I watch my sister with a 4year old and a 4 month old and it takes a lot of patience, stamina, and energy. Also, you can't clock out when the 8 hour shift is over.
