Freda Mooncotch is an innovative entrepreneur whose vision for AlphaWomen.com was conceived around the realization that a place on the internet did not yet exist for strong, modern women to talk about issues that are relevant in today's society. A single mother at the age of eighteen, Freda had long envisioned a place where women could express themselves in a hate-free environment and where their opinions truly mattered. She also wanted to create a space where like-minded women could learn from one another by sharing their personal stories and experiences.
Freda attended North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, specializing in Organizational Communications. In addition, Freda pursued a B.A. in Religion at Andrews University in Michigan. Seven classes short of obtaining her B.A. in Religion, she grew tired of the hypocrisy and narrow-minded views of her educators and fellow peers. She packed her bags and left in search of opportunities that would allow her to embrace her beliefs, while making an impact on society.
Her hobbies include learning how to race cars, writing, dancing and golfing. She has been instrumental in running the family business, La Grange Crane Service Inc., one of Chicago's premier crane service companies, www.LaGrangeCrane.com. You can contact her at Freda@AlphaWomen.com
I love Shrek and Click are to of my favorite movies. Particularly click. My son and I balled our eyes out. I bought it and watch it at least a few times a year to put things into perspective.
