I read something a while back that left an impression on me because it is so true. People wonder why today we seem to have so much stress in our lives. Of course, the world is moving at a much faster pace is one reason, technology and so on. But if you think about life even 100 years ago. We would live in our town, have problems to deal with and sadness to hear about in that town, and that was it. Today, we know about the whole world, which is good and bad. It's great that we hear about other countries, and the beauty around us. Then we hear about wars, and starving children and yes, bride burning. This all increases our stress levels because there is so very little we can do about saving the world.
