Rachael Ray started her career making 30-minute meals for the busy woman of today. Wouldn't it be wonderful to top off that record time by cooking meals which can be had in less than 15 minutes? In today's ever-busy world, working women like me cannot anymore afford the luxury of slaving over the kitchen for hours.

The key is to find healthy, nutritious and delicious recipes which only take 15-minutes or so to cook. Take the "4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp" as an example. All you need to do is pour olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimp over medium high heat. After three minutes or until the shrimp has turned pink, you can serve the dish in a platter, add lemon zest, some lemon juice, chopped parsley and enjoy! Go online and you will see hundreds of recipes like this.
