Calling all Pumpkin Pie Lovers!!! Yes it tastes like pumpkin pie without the crust! Healthy and creamy, rich and delicious! You will not believe how good it tastes!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz.) Pure Pumpkin, chilled
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated Milk, chilled
- 1 cup (8 oz.) container vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or artificial sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
Directions:
- Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender cover. Blend until mixture is smooth.
- Top with whipped cream sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.
