Calling all Pumpkin Pie Lovers!!! Yes it tastes like pumpkin pie without the crust! Healthy and creamy, rich and delicious! You will not believe how good it tastes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Pure Pumpkin, chilled
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated Milk, chilled
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) container vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar or artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pint whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

Directions:

  1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender cover. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  2. Top with whipped cream sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. This recipe is from Nestle and www.verybestbaking.com
